Our public training courses are open to participants from any organization. They run on announced dates in different cities and are delivered by specialised experts in a practical, interactive style.

Registration terms

Public courses run to a clear annual schedule of cities and dates that lets you plan ahead. The announced dates are published under Public Training Courses, and a seat is taken through Register Now. The clauses below apply to every registration.

  1. Organizations that nominate participants regularly receive a special discount when nominating 10 or more participants during the year.
  2. A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued.
  3. Fees are settled before the course starts, by bank transfer or credit card.
  4. Cancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge.
  5. After that, a substitute participant may attend, or the registration can be moved to a later date.
  6. No-shows are charged in full.

Certificate of attendance A certificate from the institute for every participant who completes the course.
